What’s your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least a week prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until you have received your confirmed email and we have received the 50% non- refundable deposit.
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or cash.
Cake orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice require payment in full at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
Event dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and five (5) business days afterwards. If we do not receive a confirmation email and 50% deposit within five (5) business days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
Design/Tasting appointments are held for wedding/Special occasion cake orders only. If you feel that you require an appointment for a birthday cake please send us an email.
How do we design a wedding cake?
Because our wedding cakes are designed specifically for you, to reflect the style and theme of your wedding, it is important to have decided on the theme/ambience and location of your wedding before arranging a consultation.
Sometimes your dream cake can be completely unsuited to the style, size,
or lighting of your particular venue. Style elements to consider before your appointment include cake shape (round or square), number of tiers, color, pattern, and/or flowers. If taking design inspiration from your dress, invitation, flower, fabric, etc., remember to provide a reference at the time of your consultation.
Do you make same day orders?
No we do not make same day orders or next day. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 hours notice. We bake everything fresh from scratch to order, so this doesn't give us enough time to shop for ingredients, bake, build, and design all in less than 12 hours.
If you order a custom cake /custom cupcakes with toppers within less then a week notice we will charge a rush fee of $25-$50 depending on how detailed your order is. Why? Because we now have to work double to ensure that we will have your cake ready in time for you.
Rush orders do not apply for everything and we still have the right to decline your order.
Pick up's & Grace Period
Pick up times are from 9am-5pm. If you need to request a specific pick up time/date please email before placing an order.
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with a pick up address and instructions.
All pick ups are in Los Angeles, 90039.
Please DO NOT be late picking up your order. We run a business not a hobby, so please be mindful to be ON TIME when picking up your orders. We do have a grace period of 30 minutes, please contact us before then in the event you cannot make it in time. If we do not hear from you your order will be donated. NO REFUNDS. It is not our responsibility to be contacting you to make sure you will be picking up your order.
How do I order a cake?
To start the order process, please send an email to containing all of the following information:
• the date of your event
• the occasion/nature of your event (wedding, birthday, christening, etc) .
• the event location, delivery address, and pick up/delivery time
• how many people you will need to serve
• your daytime phone number
• your email address
• an idea of what kind of cake design you are looking for
We will contact you to discuss your order and/or schedule an appointment.
Which factors will influence the cost of my cake?
Cake costs are based on the amount of time that it will take to make your cake, the ingredients, the design, number of servings required, and degree of difficulty.
What about delivery?
Cake prices do not include delivery. Delivery fees vary on location, date, and time, please contact us for more information on a delivery quote.
I have dietary restrictions. Can you help?
Yes we carry a variety of vegan, gluten-free, and nut free items. Unfortunately we do not do sugar free items at the moment. Please contact us with any questions/concerns.
Cancellations & Deposits
There is no payment refund on orders canceled within 5 business days of the event as we may have already have started purchasing ingredients and working on your order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
