My passion for baking started when I was a child by mixing and experimenting in the kitchen. I then decided to pursue it as career and go to Culinary School. I created a menu where I incorporated both Mexican flavors and American flavors. I really wanted to create a menu where you could enjoy delicious flavors from Mexico and create them into American favorite desserts. Everything I make is made with the highest ingredients and baked fresh to order.

I've created my flavors into a  Mexican-American Vegan Menu as well. It all started when my little sister became a vegan. It was challenging but I did it and have successfully developed a Vegan Menu.

I make sure that love and time gets put into everything that gets decorated whether it's a cupcake or a custom cake.
